5. Delivery Constraints and Excluded Addresses
Please note that we ship exclusively to physical residential, business, and corporate structures across the United States. Due to carrier-enforced volumetric constraints and delivery confirmation tracking mandates, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO military addresses, or standard PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address during the checkout flow to avoid immediate system suspension of your order.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Consignments
An order is only considered "delivered" when the official tracking ledger of the carrier explicitly marks it as such. If your tracking states "Delivered" but your parcel is nowhere to be found, please check with co-residents, neighbors, or your building's main office, as carriers frequently utilize secure adjacent drop zones.
If a parcel is verifiably lost in transit (e.g., tracking stops updating for more than 10 consecutive business days), we will initiate a comprehensive internal investigation with the carrier and immediately ship a replacement unit or issue a full refund.
